At Gibson Consulting we believe that only by the highest level of training can our professionals provide the level of service and the results we guarantee our clients.

Our training is classroom based as we have seen through our experience that a deeper understanding is gained through live practice and then extensive colleague and video feedback.
Our training is based on what we call the “Practice Field”
Successful sports teams practice diligently in order to enhance their skills in readiness for important games. It is an area where they can experiment with new plays, make mistakes without consequences and improve their individual and team performance. Likewise, in the classroom individuals can be introduced to new ideas and practice using new skills in a safe, consequence-free environment. The necessary skills to be successful at the client are mastered before they are put to the test in the real business world. With proven skills and knowledge we can all serve our clients at the highest level.
Without practice we cannot excel – the classroom at Gibson is a place where we do things to learn them. Our delivery method is based upon the maxim

Pine Manor, our executive retreat, is available to our clients. It is custom designed to immerse clients in skill development.
Located in Southern Illinois, the Manor is a 29,000 square foot mansion affording accommodation for 15 executives. As well as classroom activities we offer outward bound, experiential training, for teambuilding in non-work situations, other activities include skeet shooting, golf, tennis and horseback riding to ensure your teams have a memorable and productive experience.
Client Training
Our entire curriculum is available to our clients. With training professionals as a critical part of our team we are able to offer customization and development of client-specific training to meet their specific needs.
