Collier F. Cannon
Senior Manager

Collier is a Senior Manager at Gibson Consulting, LLC. He has worked with multiple clients developing and implementing strategic alliances in multi-million dollar purchase areas. His work with global supply management projects has been focused on multi-national Fortune 500 clients in the manufacturing and professional services industries. He has multiple client experiences in both direct and indirect expenditure areas.

Collier has also worked on sales & marketing engagements for manufacturing and distribution Fortune 1000 companies. Specifically, Collier helped companies develop national sales account programs and facilitated the development of key account strategy. He has trained and coached strategic account mangers and directors in the areas of needs assessment, account planning, proposal generation, reverse auction response, and negotiations leading to the attainment of $125 million USD of business.

Prior to joining Gibson Consulting, Collier was a supply chain manager at Gibson & Associates and worked in the Operational Consulting practice at Huron Consulting Group.

Collier earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from Indiana University.



James Keller
Senior Manager

James Keller is a Senior Manager at Gibson Consulting. He has more than six years of leadership and operational management consulting experience focused within Global Supply Chain, Make versus Buy Analysis, and International Procurement. While James’s focus has been in these areas, he also has familiarity within Logistics and Internal Process Redesign.  

James has worked on client engagements both in the US and Europe on a full-time basis, and has conducted site visits and negotiations worldwide. His clients have included private equity firms, middle market manufacturers and Fortune 1000 companies focused in a variety of industries including, but not limited to, power tools, retail, office supplies, safety products, mining, and power generation. Specifically James has been responsible for facilitating cross-functional client teams in the attainment of over $50 million USD in savings, identifying over $200 million USD in strategic sourcing opportunities, and training in the areas of sourcing methodology, conducting supplier site visits, negotiations, and data analytics focused on data procedures and Microsoft Access.  

Prior to joining Gibson, James was a Senior Consultant at Alaris Consulting (an Allied Capital Company), and a Consultant at Gibson & Associates. James graduated with Honors from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. At Notre Dame he majored in Management with a core concentration in consulting.
