Gibson’s commitment to new hires is to prepare them completely for the work they will do for our clients.
Your first training session you go to your first client is ” Immersion ” Training. It will last three weeks to four, depending on the courses included and it will be held at our
Training
Center
“Pine Manor” in
Southern Illinois
. This training session will introduce our methodologies and provide you with the basic skills to be immediately productive on the projects to which you are assigned. You will learn to fully utilize databases which form the foundation of the information we use in completing our projects.
During your first year you will revisit the methodology training to reinforce it by relating your experience in the field to the theory. You will also be trained in the skills that enable you to communicate at the highest level of business and to help our clients work through a project
Career Training
We expect our consultants to have a passion for learning, you make your own success by applying yourself totally to your work and our clients.
Throughout your career you will receive training developed internally or brought in from outside.
Our courses are taught by the firm’s partners, principals and managers.
All Consultants are expected to become “qualified” instructors during their career.
