Patrick Callahan brings a wealth of operational and financial experience to Gibson Consulting, LLC. Prior to joining Gibson, Patrick was a Principal with the private equity firm Shoreland Capital, LLC where he managed a portfolio and led due diligence on acquisition targets for the company.  Previously, Patrick was a Principal with consulting firm Gibson & Associates where he advised Fortune 1000 corporations and the portfolio companies of several private equity investment firms, whose capital under management exceeded $2 billion. Previously, Patrick held senior management positions in the financial and accounting areas of several closely held businesses. In addition, he gained valuable accounting and operational experience in the Middle Market Practice of KPMG Peat Marwick.

Patrick has a strong track record of working with companies to identify and implement operational improvements. Such efforts have included sourcing products and services globally, including from China . These improvements have saved companies more than $400 million in operating costs. Patrick has also led the due diligence and integration efforts for several acquisitions.

Patrick has a B.S. from Valparaiso University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago . He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
